Patient Billing

LabCorp’s patient billing website allows patients to securely pay patient invoices from Correlagen and submit billing or account change requests along with invoice-related questions.

Financial Obligations of Patients Paying with Commercial Insurance

The financial obligations of the patient paying with commercial insurance include:

• Any balance of charges not covered by insurance

Cancellation

Requests to cancel test orders must be submitted in writing by the ordering physician. Cancellation requests will only be accepted if received before specimen testing begins.
